Register your return online - even if you're on the go!
We know you're busy. That's why our returns portal is fully mobile optimized, so you can register your return through your Smartphone or Tablet as well as online. Visit www.charlestyrwhitt.com/rebound to get started. Please note, the order reference field is case-sensitive, so always be sure to copy it exactly as it is shown in your email correspondence.
Exchanging?
Make sure you enter the product code for the item you want in exchange into the correct box. Don't worry, you can also choose to have a refund if you prefer, just select that option. Please note, stock may sell out from the point of registering your return and us being able to process it. If this does happen, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Pack and send your items back to us
You'll receive a confirmation email with your label so you can print it at a time suitable for you. Don't forget to enclose your returns form with your order!
Track your return - every step of the way
Your confirmation email contains details of your tracking number. You can even track this on your mobile - it's that easy!
We'll send your exchange or process your refund
Once your parcel has been scanned into the postal system we will process your exchange or refund within 48 hours. Please note, if you are using ReBound to return only one label can be used per order. If you include multiple orders in one parcel, only the order linked to the scanned label will be processed immediately. The remaining items will be processed once they arrive at our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE We will deduct €4.95 from your return credit to cover return delivery costs if you return for a refund, however exchanges are always free of charge.
