Do I need to pay any customs/duties?

If you are ordering from outside the European Union your order may incur import duties and/or taxes. These are levied by your government and we have no control over which parcels your country's Customs choose to stop and search.

These parcels may be affected by delays due to this and any charges made by Customs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are not able to pay these duties for you or reimburse you for this amount.

Please note, shipments to the Canary Islands will have VAT applied to pay locally upon arrival as this can not be processed by ourselves or the courier.
